SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once orders are sent they can no longer be changed/cancelled and change of delivery address is no longer possible. Please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

The estimated delivery time would depend on the country. Delivery time could vary during national holidays and sales periods. When your order is shipped you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.

EUROPE ZONE 1
Delivery is between 1-3 business working days. Zone 1: Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, and Luxembourg. Free shipping on orders above €200.

EUROPE ZONE 2
Delivery is between 2-6 working days. Countries in the rest of the European Union: Free shipping on orders above €200.

REST OF THE WORLD
Delivery is between 2-7 working days. Free shipping on orders above €300

In the case that you are not there to receive the package, the courier will leave the package at a neighbour’s or deliver the package at the nearest pick-up point in your area, if possible. The courier will leave a notification with the details of your package.

 

AZIZ BEKKAOUI doesn't impose handling fees, but some carriers might. Customs duties and taxes vary based on your country and the product details. These are usually determined by local customs authorities. We recommend checking with them for exact costs as we cannot predict or cover these charges.

We are not responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
