If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Upon submission, you will receive confirmation that your withdrawal request has been received. The submission of this form constitutes notification of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement within the applicable withdrawal period.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you must complete the return process separately through the Returns page on our website and return the relevant item(s) in accordance with the instructions provided there.

Please note that all returned items must comply with our withdrawal and return conditions. Failure to follow the return procedure may delay the processing of your withdrawal and any applicable refund.
