RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At AZIZ BEKKAOUI, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the following terms and conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
- All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, including tags, dust bags, boxes, and any other accessories, must be included with the return.
- Products delivered in an AZIZ BEKKAOUI box must be returned in the original box. The box must not be used as external shipping packaging and should be returned undamaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Exchange items or replacement products will only be shipped after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@azizbekkaoui.com.
To help us assess the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Where applicable, a replacement product will be shipped after the defective item has been received and inspected by our teamI.
Processing Times
Once your return has been received, please allow a few business days for inspection and processing. You will be notified by email once your return or exchange has been completed.
