RETURNS/EXCHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

All products purchased must be unworn and unwashed.

All products with original AZIZ BEKKAOUI boxes must be returned in these boxes, which cannot be used or damaged during return shipment.

Exchange items will be shipped once the return is received and processed. 

The returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition as bought
and have all original AZIZ BEKKAOUI packaging, tags, dust bags, etc..

Please note: the shipment costs are costs for the customer.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED
Shall a product show a defect, the Customer shall immediately contact the Customer Care of the company within 48 hours after receiving the product(s)
via e-mail at the following address: info@azizbekkaoui.com.
Please provide photographic proof.
Where possible we will send replacements for faulty items.
